Last days and packing my suitcase
Es ist Montag und das heißt für mich übermorgen gehts los. Im Moment weiß ich nicht ob ich lachen oder heulen soll, villeicht weil ich es noch nicht richtig realisiert hab. Es gibt Momente in denen ich am liebsten alles abbrechen würde und einfach daheim bleiben will, aber die meiste Zeit bin ich am grinsen und freu mich einfach. Ich hab mich jetzt auch schon von den meisten Leuten verabschiedet. Nur noch meine Eltern und Schwester, die ich am Flughafen verabschiede, meine Tante zu der ich morgen geh und meine besten Freunde. Mit denen bin ich gestern noch bisschen zusammengesessen und heut Abend dann auch wieder und dann heißts Tschüss sagen. Es ist echt ein komisch Gefühl, aber so richtig hab ichs noch nicht realisiert, ich bin gespannt wann das noch kommt.
Von Freitag auf Samstg war Vanessa, die ich auf dem VBS getroffen habe, bei mir. Sie macht ihr Auslandsjahr auch in Finnland (leider in Espoo)und wird am Mittwoch mit mir nach Kopenhagen fliegen. Wir haben so viel geredet und das tat echt gut.
Koffer packen:
Ich hab schon gestern meinen Koffer gepackt und bin echt froh das jetzt hinter mir zu haben. Ich hab ca 3 Stunden gebraucht und hatte währendessen den ein oder anderen Heulkrampf weils einfach unmöglich ist alles mitzunehmen. Letzendlich hab ichs dann doch geschafft. Ich hab einen Handgepäckkoffer mit den Sachen fürs Soft Landing Camp in Kopenhagen (dauert bis Samstag), einen großen Koffer, der 20 kilo wiegt und 2 große Packete die ich morgen abschick und dann hoffentlich rechtzeitig da sind.
Zu den Sachen die ich mitnehme:
Ich werd jetz nicht alles auflisten was ich mitnehm. Uns wurde gesagt wir sollen für 2 Wochen was dabei haben und ich glaub es wurde bisschen mehr einfach weil ich was für Sommer und Winter brauch. Ich hab aber noch keine Winterjacke mitgenommen, da mir geraten wurde die in Finnland zu kaufen. Für Schule hab ich jetz etstmal bloß Block, Stifte und Taschenrechner. Ansonsten halt ganz normal Kosmetik und so was.
Die nächsten Tage:
Heute fahr ich mit meiner Schwester und Mama ins Möbelgeschäft um Möbel für meine Schwester zu kaufen. Am Abend gehen wir dann noch Essen und danach treff ich mich, wie gesagt, mit meine Freunden.
Morgen erledige ich die letzten Sachen und genieße den letzten Tag.
Am Mittwoch fahren wir in der früh los zum Flughafen. Der Flug geht um 9:45, aber ich treff mich um halb 8 mit Vanessa und dann muss ich mich verabschieden und dann gehts echt los.
Was ich mir vorgenommen hab:
- Auf Leute zu zugehen und schnell Freunde finden
- Alles auszuprobieren auch wenn ich anfangs eigentlich keine Lust hab
- Nach 3 Monaten so gut es geht auf Englisch zu verzichten und nur Finnisch reden
- Nicht in der Sauna zerschmelzen
- In so wenig Fettnäpfchen wie möglich tretten
Ich hab mir eigentlich nicht so viel vorgenommen, aber ich will einfach offen für alles sein und hab ein gutes Gefühl dabei.
Also das Auslandsjahr kann beginnen!
Wahrscheinlich war das mein letzter Blogeintrag in Deutschland.

The clothes I packed in my suitcase.
It is monday and that means I will leave Germany in 2 days. At the moment I don't know if I should laugh or cry, maybe because I didn't realise it yet.
There are momemts in which I would love to stop and stay at home, but most of the time I am looking forward and I am happy. I have already said goodbye to most of family and friends. My sister and parents will come with me to the airport of course, to aunt I will say goodbye tomorrow. And my friends I will see this evening. It is such a strange feeling, but as I said, I didn't realise it yet.
From Friday to Saturday Vanessa, who I met at my preparation seminar was overnight. She also spend her exchange year in Finland (unfortunately in Espoo) and we will fligh together to Kopenhagen. We talked so much and it was really nice.
Packing my suitcase:
I packed my suitcase yesterday and I am really happy that I already manged it. I needed 3 hours und while I packed I had a few crying fit, because it's impossible to take everything I want with me. At the end I managed it! I have a little suitcase I can take as hand baggage, where are the things for my Soft Landing Camp in Kopenhagen (until Saturday), a big suitcase,which weighs 20 kilo and two big packages I wills send tomorrow and I really hope they will arrive at saturday.
I don't say what I excatly take with me, bacause I think it isn't that interessted. We were told to pack for 2 weeks, but I think it's more than this, because I need clothes for summer and winter. I didn't bought a winterjacket, because I was advised to bought one in Finland. For school I only have a writing pad, pencils and a calculator. Of course I have packed my cosmetics.
The next days:
Today I drive to Biller with my mum and my sister to buy some forniture for my sister. In the evening we eat in a reastaurant and after that I meet some friends for the last time.
Tomorrow I do the last things and enjoy the last day in Germany.
On Thursday we will drive to the airport very early, because my flight will start at 9:45 and I meet Vanessa at 7:30. Then I have to say goodbeye and my adventure will start.
What I want to do:
- don't be shy and find friends fastly
- try everything, also if I don't want to at first
- only speak finnish after 3 months as much as I can
-don't melt in the sauna
- don't drop a clanger to often
I want to be open for
everything!
The adventure can start!
